We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of receipt for quality issues only.

Size charts are available for all of our merch on the listings as an image - please make sure to reference them when ordering your shirt and feel free to reach out with any questions on sizing or materials!

To initiate a return or exchange, email us at support@topropethreads.com or fill out the form.

Items are made-to-order and will generally ship within 2-6 business days (often closer to 2-3). You’ll get a tracking link as soon as it’s on the way.

Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery, especially if you are planning to wear your new shirt to an event!

We use a few suppliers, so in some instances, items may ship separately. Currently, our crop tops and beanies come from a different supplier than all our other products.

We keep an eye on where our orders are in the process, but feel free to reach out to us at any time if you want to check on the status or are feeling weird about how long it’s taking to get to you.
